YAY...... I'AM FINALLY PREGNANT!

Okay so pat and found out on tuesday that we are going to have a baby, I am so excited I can't believe it I have waited so long for this that I can't believe it has finally happened to me.
so we went up to the dr. on tuesday morning and I had my blood drawn and they said we will call you around noon to let you know the news so I was like wow thats going to be the longest 3 hours of my life waiting to hear the news, so pat and I left and went to breakfast and after that I was taking him back to work and as we pulled into the parking lot my phone rang and I said oh my gosh its them already this has to be good news with them calling this quick, I had my blood done at 9:00 and they called us at 10:00 so only an hour and so I answered and the nurse said I just wanted to give you the good news you are PREGNANT, and I just started bawling I was so excited I couldn't believe it. Then she proceded to tell me something about my levels and I was so overwhelmed that I wasn't paying much attention so all I heard was that they wanted my levels to at least be at 100 and she said and yours are at 1000 they are very strong and looking really good, and just so you know there is a high chance of you having more then one, and I said right now I am okay with having however many cuz I am just so glad to be pregnant, I have been waiting to hear those words now for 2 years and 8 months and it has finally happend.
So pat and I just sat in the car and bawled for a bit and did the happy dance and then I called my mom and told her and she cried too. Then my mom got off the phone with me and couldn't help herself she had to call and tell everyone cause she was so excited and I didn't care cause I wanted to scream it from the roof tops so it was okay that she told everyone.
Then I talk to april and she told me what they were talking about with the level thing and then she did some research and found this study that they did and this is what she read.
If the level was between 300 and 600, the ongoing pregnancy rate was 40% (10/25). If the hCG level was greater than 600, the multiple pregnancy rate was 100% (7/7). CONCLUSIONS: These data support the hypothesis that hCG levels greater than 200 mIU/ml on 14 days post-ET are more likely to have ongoing pregnancies; hCG levels greater than 600 have a high likelihood of a multiple gestation pregnancy
Okay so what that is saying is I could definitley be having more then 1, with my levels being at 1000. I just said to pat uh oh.
Actually I hope I am at least having twins I think it would be alot of fun okay and alot of work but I don't even care. We will find out in a few weeks how many we are having so I will keep you all posted.
Well then I had to come home and of course pee on a stick just so I could see that positive sign, because you don't even know how many negatives I have had, so I just had to see it once and I saw it and it was so great I started crying all over again.
Anyways I just wanted to say thanks to all of you that kept me in your thoughts and prayers and for putting up with all my blogging about what I went through and you know what in the end it has all been worth it. I still have to continue the progestrone shots everyday until the 15th of August and let me tell you they are so not fun, but I am okay with that.
