8 months old today!

So my boys are 8 months old today wow they are getting so big but I love watching them change every day they are so cute, they are both saying dada no mama yet, they are both kind of rolling Caleb will roll one way only so he ends up all the way over to the door and gets stuck and can't go back the other way its cute! Ayden on the other hand will roll over to his belly and just stays their he will not roll back over so he is happy for awhile that way and then gets really mad because he can't roll back to his back so we have to help him, its really not a good time when he does it in the middle of the night and he will sleep that way for a bit but then when he wants to roll back over he can't so he screams until mom wakes up and comes to save him he is my little turd hehehe but I love him. I am sure they will not be crawling until they are 2 but thats okay, I believe Sam will be crawling, sitting up and walking before mine will be and she is 3 months younger, they are just taking their sweet old time but I am so okay with that the less mobile the better for me right now LOL!
I have some video's of them that I will post when I figure it out one day on how to do it.
Anyways they are both doing well and getting so big, Caleb has passed Ayden up big time, Ayden was quite sick for about a week or so and he lost a bit of weight so he is my skinny boy and Caleb is my chubbins so cute. They are both still really good eaters they love their vegetables so that is nice I just hope that will continue as they get older, they also love their fruit k that is all I have for now so here are a few pics of them:

7 months old today!

Wow how time flys it makes me so sad that the boys are 7 months old already I just want them to stay little forever, because the years to come worry me. Well things are good the boys love their solids so far they have loved every vegetable we have given them well except sweet potatoes it took them a couple of days on that one but other then that they are really good eaters so that is nice I just hope it continues cuz we do not want them to end up like their mom LOL! We are going to finally start then on some fruits starting next week so hopefully they will still like their veggies after that. K here is a couple of pics of my 7 month olders so sad!:(

What has gotten into me....

I know I know I am blogging again wow....okay so I decided to blog about somethings we have been doing now instead of in 2 or 3 months from now lol!
So the boys are 6 months old now and we started them on their first solids last thursday so I thought I would post some pics of their first time eating peas....ummmm yummy(gross). Okay so here are a few pics of them, they loved them:


We will be starting them on Carrots next, probably tomorrow so I will let you know how it goes with those. I am hoping that they like all their vegetables and eat like their dad and not their mom otherwise we are in trouble LOL!

K so then on friday night we decided to go bowling, pat and I and mindy and Josh and of course all the babies wow was that an experience. We got there around 7:00 and decided to bowl 3 games(we should have only bowled 2) so we first fed the boys there peas and rice cereal when we got there and that was okay, then we started bowling and ate our dinner while we were bowling and all the babies were being good just hanging out in there car seats then about 45 minutes into bowling they all started fussing so of course we have to get them out and hold them so remind you pat and I have 2 kids so we have to pass then back and forth between the 2 of us that was fun so I held both then he did and that got old quick, so then it was time for a bottle and we are still not done bowling only into our 2nd game by this point so we start feeding them and mind you its really loud there and the lights are out with laser lights and loud music so by this point all the babies have had enough so it usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes to feed them a bottle ya this time it took an hour oh wow okay so needless to say we probably wont be doing that again hehehe.
So saturday night we had tickets to toby keith so we dropped all the babies off to grandma & grandpa's house and went to the concert with mindy and josh and that was alot of fun and then mindy and I talked the boys into going dancing after the concert since mindy and I never get out anymore they were nice to take us and put up with us having to dance all night it was alot of fun and I can't wait to do it again probably next year hehehe.

Then we got up sunday and headed to jamison's b-day party, it was the boys first birthday party, jamison turned 4 years old and it was alot of fun we went to the rec center and had pizza and cake and took the boys swimming they had fun for a bit until this little kid jumped into the pool right in front of Ayden and he got splashed all over his face that was it for him he through a fit so we were done swimming, anyways here are a few pics of all the kids swimming:

6 Months Old....and I am a blog slacker!

Okay so I am so not a good blogger, anyways I just wanted to let you all know that the boys are doing great they had their 6 month appt on tuesday and they are moving right along. Caleb who was my smallest when they were born is not my biggest he is now weighing 15lbs 5 oz, and Ayden who was the biggest is now the smallest he is weighing 14lbs 11oz, but he is taller, Ayden is 27 inches long and Caleb is 26 inches long, and yes they both still have big heads hehehe. They had to get their shots and that is so not fun because then they are hating life the rest of the day, but they do get over it quick. You know i think that is why they give so many shots to them while they are babies because they forget about the pain really quick and move on now if it was me getting the tetna shot I would be crying for 3 days in pain LOL! Caleb & Ayden:

Well we haven't really been up to much this summer, pat and I went to Sun Valley Idaho for 5 days for a convention that he had for work and that was hard leaving the boys for the first time with Grandma & Grandpa but it was actually really good for me to get away and have some R&R and it was good for them to spend some time with grandma & grandpa because they are with me 24/7 and they are definitley mama's boys!
Then we went to tabby for the 24th of July and that was fun the boys did really good they are still sleeping through the night about 11 hours and I thought they would get off there schedules by me leaving them for 5 days and then going camping for a weekend but they didn't they slept really good for grandma & grandpa and while we were camping so I am just lucky and I knock on wood everyday that it continues.
Alright that is all I have to talk about for now and plus the boys are waking up from their nap so computer time is over.

4 months old already!

Well it was Caleb and Ayden's 4month appt yesterday, they did really good except when it was time for shots it was so sad they screamed there little heads off and mom cried too, man that is hard to see them have to go through that and they were pretty miserable all day yesterday they are doing alot better today.
Anyways Caleb is now 12, 11 and 24 inches and Ayden is 12, 12 and 24 & a quarter. Caleb has finally caught up with his brother and we think he is going to pass him up by there next appt. They both have the same size of head though there heads are big but that dr says that is good cuz it means there brains are growing well hehehe.

Whats been going on!

Well its been awhile since I have updated sorry I am just not a good blogger anyways here is what has been going on for the last month or so, k first off the boys are doing very well they are still sleeping through the night so I have to keep my fingers crossed that it continues they go to bed around 10:00pm and sleep until 8:30 am so it has been wonderful, they are such good little sleepers so far lets all hope that continues.
Okay so the boys were blessed back in May on May 3rd to be exact, Pats brother Bill blessed them for us, thank you Bill it was a very nice day after the blessing we all headed up to my moms for some yummy food here are a few pics of the boys in there tuxes they are so cute, they were not very happy that day because church ran longer then usual and they were starving by the time we got to grandmas so pics were the last thing they wanted:


Okay then we had mav's graduation to get ready for, I can't believe she has graduated it just seems like yesterday when she came to live with pat and I and she was 14 years old now she is 18 and graduated from Highschool, it was a nice day we went to mav's favorite restaurant for dinner Tepenyaki it was pat and I and mav and melica and monica, I have pics of her graduation night but have not downloaded them yet so when I get that done I will post some.
Okay other then that we haven't had much going on, I am loving that mindy is home on maternity leave for a couple of months cuz we have been going on walks and its been great, I did get myself a new stroller cuz i hated my other one so here are a few pics of the boys in there first stroller that they were not a fan of and then a pic of them in there new stroller that they love....well caleb does anyway hehe:

Well that is all we have been up to for now, nothing much we are pretty boring these days. The boys have there 4 month appt next tuesday so I will post about there progress after that.

The New Arrivals!

Okay so we have had some exciting couple of days, so mindy was admitted into the hospital on monday because of her high blood pressure and high protein in her urine so she stayed from monday til wed and they told her she could go home wed morning so she got up and dressed and ready to head home and the dr. came in and said mindy I am so sorry but I have some bad news you are going to have this baby today and mindy was freaking out because her actual due date was not until June 2nd well sure enough she had her baby last night finally at 11:10PM. She went through a long day of labor and then had some complications so they ended up taking her by C-section but both mom and baby are doing great. Samantha Lauren was born on May 6th at 11:10pm and weighed 6lbs 1oz and was 19 1/2 inches she is so cute, she also had her on emily's birthday now those of you who know emily she does not like to share but she told mindy that she would only share with her, well the sad news is that emily was due before mindy and she still hasn't had her baby and it could be another couple of weeks, so keep your fingers crossed for em that he comes soon. Alright for the next arrival, so as all of you know Melica and Mindy were both due on the same day June 2nd, well Melica has been having some complications since wk 34 and has been dialated to a 4 for the last wk or more and finally last night she couldn't take the contractions anymore so her and Jay headed up to the hospital to see whats up and the dr. finally said we are just going to break your water and deliver this baby because for the last 3 wks or so they have just been sending her back to nephi having major contractions but they would do anything about it but they finally did last night and into today so Melica had her water broke around midnight and she had the baby about 4 hours later she had a beautiful baby boy Kaden Estes was born May 7th at 3:54AM and he weighed 7lbs 15oz and was 21 inches long both him and mom are doing great. So emily had samantha born on her birthday and I got to have Kaden born on my birthday how funny is that, they were both due the same day and they pretty much had them the same day they were like 5 hours apart how funny is that, that they were both born early and emily still hasn't had her baby!
